
Our LARC Assessment & Procedure Service provides a simple shared-care pathway for GPs and self referrals for routine Mirena®, Kyleena®, Copper IUD and Implanon procedures. We assess suitability, provide counselling and informed consent, prescribe the device where required, and perform the procedure Following treatment, patients are returned to the care of their usual GP.
