Is Dr Foreman seeing new patients?
Only new patients with previously scheduled appointments will be seen at the arranged time.
Due to unacceptable wait times, Dr Caroline Foreman has closed her books for any further new patient bookings until further notice.
If I can't see Dr Foreman, who else can I see?
You'll need to speak to your referring doctor and you may require a new referral.

What if I just want a script?
If you’ve seen Dr Foreman within 6 months and had the same script before, you can submit a request for a script and pay the fee. This will not be covered by Medicare.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
STOP taking antihistamines 4 days prior to your consultation and any medications with antihistamines (if you are unsure please call us when you receive this letter).
- Complete the new patient form for Dr Caroline Foreman. This would have been sent to you in a text message, to find the form, search your messages for "thriveFP"
Please Bring:
- Medicare card
- Previous results/studies relevant to your consultation
- Referral letter from your GP or Specialist (or please confirm we have received your referral from your doctor prior to appointment)
- For food allergy please bring a small piece of each food you would like to test (eg kiwifruit)
